12-Minute Fitness Revolution
I don’t know if you guys know about Dr. Al Sears or not. I came across him several years ago on the Web and have been a follower ever since.
Dr. Sears is a Board Certified clinical nutrition specialist and was appointed to the international panel of experts at Health Sciences Institute. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is Board Certified in Anti-Aging Medicine. He’s also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and is an ACE certified fitness trainer.
So, he knows his stuff!
Well, Dr. Sears has updated his classic “P.A.C.E.” program which is even better than the original which I purchased several years ago. Based upon my purchase and use of the “P.A.C.E.” program, I give it my personal endorsement.
