		<description><![CDATA[I Dig Fitness! I really do. Being fit is the first factor to living not only a healthy life but a good life. What I have found is that fitness is not easy without a great attitude. If you like being fit, and you like looking good, then fitness will be easy. If you look at it as a chore, as something that has to be done, then you will not be very successful in your health and fitness. Let me ask you something. When you were a kid, did you think to yourself, &#8220;I need to ride my bike three times this week for at least 30 minutes at time,&#8221; or &#8220;I must go play ball continuously for 30 minutes three times a week&#8221;? Of course you didn&#8217;t. You were active because it was fun. Infomercials and fitness gurus have taken us down the wrong road, recommending long hours of boring aerobics or endless workouts using various contraptions (which frequently do more harm than good). Listen, you can get all the workout you need using two free resources: your body and gravity. I believe most people fail with their fitness programs because the fitness programs fail them.
