Dr. Al Sears, MD, just sent me an email with three foods that he recommends I should never eat:  1) Breakfast cereal, 2) French fries, and 3) Bagels and bread (maybe that&#8217;s 4). I must admit, I eat all three from time to time (sometimes more than from time to time), but after reading Dr. Sears&#8217; reasons to avoid these foods, I shall renew my efforts to avoid them.
