A recent study indicates that people who do short-duration, high intensity training for a total of 1.5 hours a week (including rest periods) achieved the same exercise-induced changes in their muscles over six weeks as people who did traditional endurance training of 4.5 hours a week. This is consistent with the philosophy of Dr. Al Sears’ P.A.C.E. program mention in the previous post on this website.
