OK, gang. The New Year is coming and we wouldn’t be carrying out tradition if we didn’t make some resolutions. And, for readers of this website, those resolutions almost certainly must include resolutions to do with health and fitness.
It’s not too early to start thinking about what your fitness, health and nutrition goals for 2010 are going to be. Start lining up your tentative resolutions, then on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day you can finalize your personal resolutions. [As an aside, I find a nice glass (or two) of champaign on New Year's eve helps to embolden my resolutions.]
So, get to gettin’. Start thinking about your goals for 2010. It’s a new decade and a great time to renew your health and fitness objectives.
