		<description><![CDATA[This is a little more aggressive in the fitness endeavors than golf or bike riding, but for those of you that want to have some fun with a more serious fitness regimen, try the one hundred pushups program. We are not affiliated with the hundredpushups.com website, but I came across it several months ago and gave it a go. Time for a true confession. I followed the program religiously through the final week of the program. I was only able to get up to 74 pushups, but that&#8217;s not too bad, considering my initial test was 34. Now don&#8217;t get hung up on the numbers. If your initial test is 2, fine. Start where you are. Don&#8217;t stress out about where you should be, or where you wish you were. Here&#8217;s what I like about this program. You know exactly what you&#8217;re supposed to do each workout. Your results are easily measured. It doesn&#8217;t take long to do. You can follow the program wherever you are. No gym or equipment required. And (this is most important), it engages the &#8220;play&#8221; or &#8220;game&#8221; aspect of fitness. You are given a challenge and it becomes fun to see what you can do. [...]]]></description>
